- Inform the local community of the proposed development
- Understand what is important to the community, and
- Seek feedback in relation to positive or negative social impacts resulting from the proposed development.

Site location: Part of the Astra Areolab Precinct located at 38 Cabbage Tree Road, Williamtown
Proposed Development: Construction and operation of new high technology development facility, within an approved industrial subdivision. The development will include an industrial building, office and staff amenities with a total floor area of 9,043m2.
Maximum height: 3 storeys; 12m
Car parking: 135 parking spaces
Hours of Operation: 7am – 11pm Monday to Friday
Job creation: 300 Construction jobs; 120 FTE operational jobs
